How do I apply to K-Businesscom?
Please apply online via our application portal. Here you can create a personal profile and attach all the documents for your application.
- Please fill in all fields. Those fields marked with a * (Asterisk) are mandatory and must be filled out so that you can continue with your application.
- Now you can add a photo, certificates and other important documents as a PDF file.
- Submit your application! You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
- Please give us some time to process your application.

Can I apply for several vacancies at the same time?
Of course! We are happy, when we have the interest of our applicants in various areas. We are also happy to accept an unsolicited application, including details of your respective professional expectations.
With which documents should I apply?
Convince us with a meaningful letter of motivation, a detailed and clear CV, diplomas and references, information on further training and projects or diploma theses! The more comprehensive the information we receive from you, the better we can classify and process your application.
What is the selection process like and how long will it take before I get a response?
The recruiting team will check your application and, if necessary, consult the specialist department. Please be patient! We will try to give you feedback within two weeks. Depending on the position, an application questionnaire, a task or an assessment center will also be used in the selection process. In this case the process will take a little longer, but we will always keep you informed.
How does an interview happen and what is the procedure?
If your application is convincing, you will receive an invitation to an interview with members of the specialist department. If necessary, colleagues from the recruiting team will also take part in the interview. The interview usually lasts about an hour. Please allow enough time! The purpose of the interview is to learn more about you as a person and your knowledge/skills. We would also like to give you an insight into the world of K-Businesscom.
I am currently living abroad. Can I also conduct an interview online?
Yes, initial interviews are also possible by telephone or via MS Teams.

Will my application be treated confidentially?
Of course. We do not contact anyone outside of K-Businesscom without your consent. Even within the company, your application will only be forwarded for the purpose of checking possible employment opportunities.
We attach great importance to confidentiality and data protection in our application processes, which is why the data you transmit will be treated as strictly confidential. You have the option of revoking this consent to the data protection declaration at any time.
Please note: By revoking your consent, you also automatically withdraw your application at K-Businesscom.
By submitting your application and agreeing to the data protection declaration, you declare that you agree to the data you have submitted being stored and processed in the context of the application. This applies to all transmitted data, including the documents sent with the application. The data will be stored in the applicant database and processed by K-Businesscom itself and the respective company of the K-Businesscom (if you have applied to a specific one). The job application platform is operated by K-Businesscom AG. In the course of operating activities, K-Businesscom AG uses eRecruiter GmbH as a processor for IT services, which may therefore also have access to the applicants' data in order to be able to provide the IT services.
