JumpIN offers you the opportunity to become part of K-Businesscom immediately after graduation by getting to know different areas, being part of different teams in 2 years and receiving many training opportunities for professional and personal development during the programme.
Your „Jump“ through the departments
During your programme, you can work in the following specialist areas to get to know them, understand the connections between them and develop cross-team solutions for your customers.
- System Integration: IT architects, designers and system engineers take care of our customers throughout Austria on a daily basis by providing customer-oriented consulting, perfect implementation and efficient servicing of state-of-the-art ICT solutions.
- Managed Services: We offer deep insights into the service world of the ICT environment and the exciting topics of the entire range of technologies. Accompany our customers from the initial contact, through transition and transformation to the ongoing operational management phase.
- Digital Solutions: Digitalization and agility are not just buzzwords for us. We support our customers in achieving agility through modern software and technology. We advise them on how to digitalise their internal processes, their products and their business models and implement the associated software projects using the latest tools and methods.
- Products & Services: In the "Products & Services" area, everything revolves around the planning, development and marketing of K-Businesscom's own products. From the identification, testing and development of a product idea to the orderly 'end of life' of a product, we support the product ownership teams with our virtual toolbox and our know-how.
- PMPC - Project Management & Procurement:
- Project management: As the organisational link between K-Businesscom and the customer, the project manager takes over all the necessary organisational activities to implement a project, from order acquisition to order fulfilment.
- Strategic purchasing: Negotiating purchasing conditions and partnership agreements are the most important activities of the purchasing department, in addition to securing procurement opportunities.
- Commercial management and project support: The timely completion of a wide range of tasks of varying complexity makes the project support staff member the important backbone of fast, efficient and professional order fulfilment.
Training on the Job
You will be assigned to a "team leader" in each department, with whom you will define the course content and goals. This ensures that you get a broad insight into the relevant areas right from the start. A team colleague from the department is always available to you as a "buddy", who supports you in your daily work and gives you valuable input for the activities.
Further training and education over the entire JumpIN program duration
In order to support you as best as possible on your way and to promote your personal development, further training opportunties are planned during the 2 years. These could include workshops on conflict management, presentation techniques or diversity training.

After 2 years you will be part of a team that you have already got to know better during JumpIN. Within the team, you have your own area of responsibility and can help shape the future with your knowledge and know-how.
